GENERAL CONDITIONS

ADHESION:
CAPE TOWN-EXCLUSIVE ROUTE reserves itself the right, without prior notification, to change the vehicles, hotel, overnight accommodation, meals, travel plans etc., without being held responsible for it. 

RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE:
CAPE TOWN-EXCLUSIVE ROUTE and their agents act only as agents in the purchase of tours. We will not be held responsible for injuries, damage, loss, theft, death, unexpected delays or irregularities during tours, or damage to vehicles, for whatever reason, by actions of persons/agency while on journey. All travel plans and travel time can be changed without prior notification. 

PASSPORT AND VISAS: Please contact your travel agency for the necessary passport and visas.

LUGGAGE: The luggage is limited on 20 kg per person. CAPETOWN-EXCLUSIVE ROUTE does not take over responsibility for the luggage.

TRAVEL EXPENSES: The prices include transport, overnight accommodation, admission fees and consumption, as indicated in the program. Other costs are for the participant.

DEPOSIT: A pre-payment of 30% of the total price is to be paid when confirmation reservation of the tour.
The remaining amount of the entire costs is due 21 days before travel start.

CANCELLATION FEES:

With cancellation

• 21 days before travel start - 30% of the total costs
  
• 20 to 10 days before travel start - 50% of the total costs
  
• 9 days or less before travel start - 100% of the total costs
